The product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
You will be responsible for the delivery costs, the risk of loss and damage.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, you have three (3) days, after receipt of your order, to notify us by email or phone. Please take photos of the damage and send them to email@example.com
IMPORTANT: You cannot return products that have been removed from their original packaging or that are not in their original condition.

Upon receipt of the returned products, in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you, any amount debited from your credit card account for these products will automatically be credited to you, except for delivery charges.
